No Refund Policy

All purchases made on getcosminacreates.com — including course enrolments, live session bookings, and any digital products — are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and agree to these terms.

Why we don’t offer refunds:

Our courses and sessions provide immediate access to proprietary methods, frameworks, and production systems. Because this knowledge is delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all sales are final from the moment of purchase.

Live sessions:

Bookings for in-person or live sessions are non-refundable regardless of attendance. If you are unable to attend, your booking cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or refunded. In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by us, you will be offered a full credit toward a future session date.

What we ask instead of a refund:

If you have questions before purchasing — about whether a course or session is right for you, what level you should start at, or what to expect — please contact us first. We would rather help you make the right decision than have you purchase the wrong thing.
